As some candidates with niche or rare skills sets are increasingly difficult to find, there is growing sentiment across the market that middle to senior technology positions warrant a retained search. This method gives us time and scope to conduct a comprehensive and rigorous search of the market.
 
Where some of our clients have budgetary restraints or if our clients feel that the pool of candidates is small but would not warrant a search, we would suggest a non-retained exclusive approach. This method ensures a coherent and resonant message is given to the market. When a quality candidate receives three calls of differing quality about the same opportunity, the unfortunate consequence is often a negative impact of the hiring institution. This approach negates that risk.
