Where some of our clients have budgetary restraints or if our clients feel that the pool of candidates is small but would not warrant a search, we would suggest a non-retained exclusive approach. This method ensures a coherent and resonant message is given to the market. When a quality candidate receives three calls of differing quality about the same opportunity, the unfortunate consequence is often a negative impact of the hiring institution.
